2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

3. Products, pricing & availability

• All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We aim to describe products and cover images accurately, but minor variations may occur.
• Availability is subject to stock. We may limit quantities, correct pricing errors, or withdraw a product at any time.
• If a genuine pricing or description error is found after you order, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel.

4. Orders & Cash on Delivery

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our primary payment method — payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, repeated failed deliveries, or stock issues), in which case no payment is due.

5. Digital products

Where we supply digital books or materials, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own household or school teaching. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share digital materials. Digital items are non-refundable once access has been provided (see our Returns & Shipping policy).

6. Intellectual property

All curriculum content, book text and illustrations, games, logos, and website design are the property of Skylight Education Solutions or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

Checkout is handled by Shopify, and some interactive games are hosted on our separate games platform. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or availability of external sites linked from ours.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies to your use of the site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
