Returns & Shipping

Shipping & delivery

• We deliver across Pakistan.
• Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000. A standard delivery charge, shown at checkout, applies to smaller orders.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, with delivery typically in 3–7 working days depending on your location.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay in cash when your order arrives.

Digital products

Digital books and materials are delivered electronically and are not shipped. Because access is granted immediately, digital items are not eligible for return once accessed.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be happy with your books. You may request a return or exchange of a physical item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

The following are not eligible for return:

• Digital books and downloadable materials once accessed.
• Items that have been used, marked, or damaged after delivery.
• Custom or specially ordered items.

How to request a return

Email info@skylighteducation.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92 334 0805777with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll confirm your refund.
• As orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued by bank transfer or another agreed method.
• Refunds are processed within a few working days of approval.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
