How we use your information
- To process, deliver, and take payment for your orders (including Cash on Delivery).
- To respond to quote requests and enquiries from schools and families.
- To communicate with you about your order or request.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, including:
- Shopify — our store and checkout platform, which processes order and customer data.
- Resend — the email service used to send quote notifications and confirmations.
- Hosting & delivery partners — our website host and the couriers who deliver your order.
These providers may process data on servers located outside Pakistan. We share only what is needed for them to perform their service, and we may also disclose information where required by law.

Our curriculum is designed for children, but our website and purchasing are intended for parents, guardians, and school staff. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
